The controller of data collected via investshield.it is Torino, Italia, reachable at info@investshield.it.

Data voluntarily provided through the contact forms (name, work email, organisation, role, brand and official domains for the scan, message). Aggregated technical browsing data via the hosting infrastructure. Subject to consent, page-interaction data (pointer movement, clicks, page sequence, device and browser type, IP address) collected through Microsoft Clarity: form fields are masked at source and their content is not recorded. No advertising profiling cookies, no advertising tools.

Data is processed to respond to the requests submitted and for pre-contractual interactions. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data is retained for the time necessary to handle the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Processors: Formspree Inc. (receiving and forwarding form submissions), Microsoft Corporation (Clarity, measurement of page interaction) and the site's hosting provider. Formspree Inc. and Microsoft Corporation are established in the United States: submitting a form and — if you have given consent — measurement through Clarity involve a transfer of data to a third country, governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR. Aggregate statistical traffic measurement is carried out by Plausible Analytics on European Union infrastructure, without cookies and without consent because it does not identify the visitor. Beyond these processing operations, the controller arranges no transfer of data outside the EEA for its own purposes.

Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR) by writing to info@investshield.it.

Two categories, and they behave differently. Technical cookies are necessary for the site to operate and require no consent. The Microsoft Clarity analytics cookies (_clck and _clsk, per the provider's documentation) record how pages are used and are set only after your explicit consent: until you give it, the script is not even downloaded. Declining costs one click just as accepting does, and the choice can be changed at any time from «Cookie preferences» in the footer — revoking reloads the page without the tool. Aggregate traffic measurement (Plausible) stays always on, is cookieless and does not identify the visitor. No advertising profiling cookies, no advertising tools.
